About Our Products
How do I choose the most suitable machine for my product?
It depends on your volume and product shape.
- L-Sealers: Best for low-to-medium volume and retail packaging.
- Side sealers: Ideal for long products or continuous high-speed runs.
- leeve Sealers: Best for heavy-duty bundling like water bottle 6 packs.
How to maintain the shrink wrap machines?
Daily maintenance is simple:
- Clean the sealing blades of any plastic residue
- Check the conveyor belt
- Ensure the heat tunnel is free of debris
- Lubricate moving chains and inspect the heating elements weekly
How do you manufacture a custom shrink wrap machine?
The process follows four main stages:
1. Engineering/CAD designs
2. Component Fabrication
3. Assembly and Wiring
4. Factory Acceptance Testing and Final Quality Testing
Can your machines handle eco-friendly or biodegradable films?
Yes. Our modern sealing systems feature precise temperature controllers that can be calibrated for POF, PE, and newer compostable films which often have narrower sealing windows than traditional plastics.
How long do the heating elements and sealing blades last?
Under normal 8-hour shift conditions, sealing blades usually last 6 to 12 months while heating elements can last 2 to 3 years. We provide a spare parts kit with every machine for immediate replacement.
